Visconti Homo Sapiens Lava Fountain Pen - Bronze Age

The excellent, and unique, Visconti Homo Sapiens Fountain pen is a true grail pen with a great specification and flair.

The barrel and lid are made of a hybrid of lava from Mount Etna and resin, combined to give a very robust material which is virtually unbreakable, heat resistant and slightly hygroscopic too - so it will absorb a little moisture from your hands.

The new models have a 14c gold nib, but we do have a handful of 18c left whilst stocks last. The gold nib is Rose Gold to give a bronze colour to match the metal trim. 

The lid has a unique bayonet-type fitting and sprung pocket clip.

The ink mechanism is a vacuum filler, so it can only be filled from a bottle and has a huge ink capacity to boot!
